Sounds like it could be Reynaud's Syndrome. My hands will go numb/white and look frostbit in the .40s occasionally. It can also affect feet. Google it, and ask your doc next time youj are in. Not necessary dangerous, but could be a result of underlying issues.

Besides possibly having poor circulation the main culprit is usually losing body heat in your core organ areas. Your body shunts blood away from extremities to keep your brain and heart warm. Keep your head, neck, kidney areas warm and your toes will stay warmer

I Have raynauds very cold mornings can b a battle especially if it’s really humid. Wool is your only answer. I wear uninsulated boots and thick midway brand wool socks. Even then some mornings are rough. My hands suffer badly but wool gloves and a hand muff work well.
Just a question, do you smoke? Smoking is a vasoconstrictictor

Lots of great ideas on here.
One more, have you tried diabetic compression socks? These could be your ticket.

Used to get cold toes, but not anymore. Get some HotMocs if you can find them, keeps the heat pads on top of your toes, outside the boot, and has a breathable material that lets the packs stay hot. You can get the LARGE heat packs at walmart when they have them. 2 of the large heat packs on each foot keeps my toes warm down into the 20's, even though I am wearing un-insulated rubber boots. Before HotMocs, I used to suffer too. Never seen those before. They look like an excellent idea. Don't put them on until you are in your stand. Your feet won't sweat with wearing too thick of socks on your way in. They are only $8 on Amazon!!
If at first you dont succeed, You may not want to try parachuting

Just a question, do you smoke? Smoking is a vasoconstrictictor I do not. I have looked into reynauds but it’s only in my toes and only when I’m sitting stationary. I duck hunt a lot and my toes never ever get cold, I’m also standing a good portion of the time I duck hunt. If I ever am hunting in a blind or layout style blind my toes will get cold. I have a PC Dr visit coming up so I will at least bring it up.

Thermacell heated insoles. Rechargeable, and have a remote to control the temp while they’re in your boot. So you don’t get sweaty feet walking in Have you personally tried them? I’ve read many bad reviews on them typically dealing with them lasting but a couple of times. Lots of great ideas on here.

I haven’t acted on it but I have been considering this.

I always wear crocs during my drive. Boots go on when I leave the truck. Get you some merino wool socks also. Main thing is to not get your feet too warm and sweaty before sitting in the cold. Rubber boots like mucks and lacrosse boots are the worst, and when it’s really cold, I’ll pack them into the stand. Most of my areas take a good bit of walking, so I keep the sweat off during the walk.
