No way that would hold up in court.

So if I write your name down as killing 5 bucks, I can call the warden and he’s gonna write you a ticket. I don’t think so.

Now on this topic March15, there is a club in Baldwin County where the Warden showed up at the hunting club check station, looked at the harvest log, asked those present to see their licenses, if they had a deer on the log and not recorded on their paper licenses (at the time when this happened) and they received tickets.

Maybe just more people reporting, or more people are hunting killing more deer. May decrease population some or may not.

I sure hope they fought it. Any decent lawyer could get them out of that.

I told you. Game wardens have computers in their trucks and cell phones and guns and they are the law. Reporting on game check and logging it in on your license is the law. So if you ever get that ticket, try to fight it and it will cost you alot more money believe that. What i am trying to say dbmv is game check is for honest people. You must not have hunted very much. Its like when all you florida boys leave camp to go home the locals hunt your lease. They know you are gone, so its free hunting, not all people are honest. So you think they are going to report the deer they killed on your lease?? Its like a No Trespassing Sign. I see one I leave, a dis-honest person drives his 4 wheeler around the gate.

I know several folks that usually will only harvest 2 maybe 3 deer a year .This year they have shot 5 or 6 to fill up the freezer . They have always used game check and have this year as well . My point is I think a decent amount are filling up the freezer preparing for a Biden / Harris CF .

I think there is some truth to this and also Covid scare. I've heard more people talking about stocking up on meat and planting gardens lately.

End game is some sort of extortion onto the processers to pay taxes or some kind of made up recording fees or something...Its all about the benji's baby...

Did you know that Beer Nutz are over a Dollar...and Deer Nutz are under a Buck...

Because they are self employed. By doing this they force them to pay taxes on all work instead of working for cash.

I don't think this is gonna end well with the processors and taxidermist.

The guys that say well this ain't no trouble to do may find it will be a big problem when either prices go up or they go out of business.

2020 weather was exactly like last deer season. Cold december, but January was really warm, I suspect we will see a repeat this January
