I guess I should have said blessed then. If you have a degree in a certain field you can expect to make that kind of money. But on the other hand my last job was in a paper mill where I landed by luck. If I was still working I would make to much to qualify for the stimulus. I was always thankful to have a good job but I know there are good hard working men out there that are much smarter than me that never had that opportunity.

There are at least 3 basic reasons tax paying Americans may not receive a stimulus check. Not all of them are good. Could be that: 1) you’re an adult who is being claimed as a dependent by another; or, 2) you’re in arrears on court-ordered payment of child support. Hopefully, neither applies to you.

Made the cut, wife and I got a grand total of $277 and some change combined.

I work my ass off and live at work during the summer trying to make a little extra $ and when I get a big OT check, they tax that joker like I’m making 200,000 a year. I don’t need a stimulus check and I don’t want to be paying for someone else’s.
