Those of you who shoot these rounds and shoot high shoulder shots, what’s your experience? Wondering if these will hold together enough. Let me know what caliber

I have avoided them because the look like the ballistic tip goes down too wide and would open too fast. I use Hornaday SST. But I can believe they work.

I’ve got them in copper (.270) and .300 WM just waiting for the chance to use them.

Hope they work cuz that's what's in my gun right now...ive never shot a deer with these but I've killed a couple with match bullets before, surely these that say deer on the box will work 😐

I’m kind of in the same boat Never shot a deer with the XPs They are my backup rounds since I’m low on my 270 fusions.

I’ve been happy with them and my 7-08 shoots them very well best groups out of a few I tried. Got 5 deer and 10 pigs with the bullets so far over 3 years longest track job was under 50yds most fell over on the spot

there a very good bullet. today I shot through both shoulders and recovered the bullet right at the skin on the opposite side. deer dropped and didn't even kick. the recovered bullet was in two pieces, the lead seperated from the backing. they seem to be alot better than the powerpoints I usually shoot. they are also the most accurate in at least two of my guns.
