I’m here, set up between two cane breaks on wheeler. Right close to abunch of buck sign and a bedding area. Maybe big boy will be slipping

May not have killed anything, but always a good time

Posted on the other forum, but I’m trying saddle hunting for the first time.

Needed to pull my lock on off anyways so I’m just using it as a platform so I wouldn’t have to drag one more thing out.

First thoughts are that’s it’s much more comfortable than I thought it would be. I also like that all my gear is now infront of me instead of always trying to dig through my bag way off to my side. Also a bonus that I could wear my pack up the tree with me instead of having the lone wolf strapped back there. May try an all new spot this afternoon so we’ll see how different it is to set up from scratch.

Does came back out and ate for a while. I let them live. There’s one really old one that I might try to get a shot on next time I go.

Set up on a Sipsey river crossing. You never know what might cross right here.
