200-220. Mine is usually done in 1.5 hrs, but obviously depends on thickness.

Ticka, when you say done, I'm guessing you mean dehydrated to the point of no Refrigeration? Yes. I just put it in a ziploc. I'm hand cutting mine, so it's strips about 1/8" thick. I like it pliable, not too brittle when I pull it.

For those that have done it, what temp? For 1/4" thick strips, how long? The dehydrator I use uses 155 degrees as the highest setting. I remember making it in the oven set at 175. It takes about 5 hours. I reckon a smoker would be the same.
