there was a thread the other day about chocolate covered pecans, I got a couple of gallons of pecans and was wondering what some of yalls recipes were. Not choclate dipped specifically, But i remember someone talking about a praline glaze. I had some one time that was baked in butter and had some type of seasoning on it, possibly ranch. They were delicious. Yall post your favorite recipes, please.

I lightly coat with butter, sprinkle with season salt and bake, delicious.
what temp and how long do you bake?

350 for about 20 min or a little less. cool, i remember my mom doing something similar, sometimes with powdered sugar, sometimes salt. But i can't remember. I wish i would of wrote down more of her recipes.

I like to toast them in butter and sea salt then dip in melted chocolate, cool in refrigerator then enjoy! Dang.
