Well crap, I caught the Chinese virus. Started feeling crappy Thursday but wrote it off to being up all Wednesday night at the fire station dealing with storm related stuff. I started running a low grade fever and felt like I had been kicked by 10 donkeys at once. Basically flu symptoms. I always try watch football with my dad( who is 79 with some health issues) on Saturdays when I am not hunting. I went to get checked just for the sake of not spreading anything to him or my mother. They tested me and said it popped positive immediately. When ahead and took a steroid shot in the butt and taking a zpac and another antibiotic. I feel better already. I may have to quarantine at Bankhead National Forest Monday morning.

Hope you kick it soon. I think there will be a lot of us quarantined in the woods pretty soon.

Folks popping positive all around us up here. Very minor symptoms well just keep pushing ahead it’s inevetable we’ll get it.

I'm still looking for a good honey hole up there. Any coordinates would be appreciated.(Just joking). That being said my son put a doe down up there opening week and we both have seen deer every time we have gone. So not bad over all.

I’ve had it along with 6 other family members. No one had to go to doctor but a couple of us had meds called in. Just watch if it gets in your chest and affect your breathing.

Myself, my wife, one son, his wife and one of my daughters all lived through it. You'll likely be fine unless you have some other issues that could complicate things. If that's the case then a flu could be just as bad for you. I sincerely hope that's not your case.

Nearly my whole family has had it and I had it last week. I know it's different for everyone but I only had a very slight fever for 24 hours and then had a stuffy nose for 2 days. I lost my taste and smell but after 4 days that's the only symptom that I had left.

I re joined society this morning after 10 days

I haven't lost smell or taste. Now that the fever is gone and feel over all better, I'm eating like crazy. I'm mad because I was working on increasing my running miles. Had a good 6 mile trail run two days before I got sick. Not quite feeling like running yet.
