Go to Perry’s on a Friday and get the pork chop special. You will thank me later.
Wear your best Jack’s attire or you’ll stand out a little.
You're only as good as your worst shot-

Lorna Rd/150 is your best bet: Tortuga's for Chicago style pizza, Jake's Soul Food for jerked oxtails, Blue Pacific for Thai food, Silver Coin is the best Indian food in town, Golden Rule on Hwy31 for the best cheeseburger in Bham, and Pollo Lucas for some excellent South American chicken. Tons of chain food places all up and down 280 if that's your thing. There are lots great places in Cahaba Heights: Olive Branch is the best Mediterranean in Bham, Ms Myra's has awesome BBQ chicken and pies, Martin's BBQ for brisket and beer, Foodbar/Satterfield's/Fig Tree for finer dining, Troup's Pizza, and Mudtown for more casual American dining.

Get you a cheeseburger at Golden Rule on 31 with Straycat. The best stuff is not on that side of town I think William here has you pretty well covered with suggestions.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.

That brisket at Martins is the best in town for sure.

Nikkis west..not what id call nice..but food is good Nikkis is one of the most overrated restaurants ever. It's frozen meats and canned vegetables about as good as your school cafeteria.

X2 on Tortuga's. The bbq sauce at the Bham location is amazing. (Dave will put ranch&bbq sauce on pizza it reminds me of burnt 231.)
Skinny is my EX.Alcohol was involved.

Not a nice place, and in a bad part of town. But Sammy's sandwich shop is family owned, near the airport and has great food. Never had a bad meal there. Mom, Pop and son run the place. I eat there every time I'm in the area.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.
