I’ve trapped 3 seasons now on this property and haven’t caught one possum
Congrats on catching that nasty thing My curs tree more possums then coons 3-1 now. Not sure why but we’ve probably killed 100 possums the last 5-6 years compared to 40-45 coons. And this is only a 20-30 acre area.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

About to go check mine - got 1 coon trap and 3 coyote traps out - about to get so wet it may shut me down for while and Ton of rain in forecast
Been so long since I caught a coyote - think I caught the only 2 dumb coyotes around 🤣🤣🤡

Caught one possum in only coon trap I had set today - the moonshine is helping - nothing in 3 coyote traps
Unset all my traps - roads terribly wet and bunch more rain coming - may check place and reset Friday if bunch of this rain misses us - my roads almost not able to travel on

Yesterday, this coon found 2 footholds at my dirt hole set, in the crotch of a 'Y' shaped deadfall limb. The 11 lb boar couldn't resist the No BS Lures K9 Extreme Force bait and Elk River Lures Kat Fat and Tonnage lures. This set caught an otter, then a bobcat last week using the same bait and lures. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.imgur.com/gpe2akx.jpg) He’s got that coon in the headlights look

Hope to trap again within the next 7-8 days if roads dry out - got multiple coyotes on camera around a buck scrape - got a cat in same area catching a bird around my feeder
