I know we ain’t watching ball and all. But I saw this story about the Citadel coach in my news feed. You gotta admire someone who won’t back down. The Citadel was down 49-0 to Clemson at half. Dabo offered to shorten second half with a running clock or 10 minute quarters. Citadel coach said no, that’s not what we’re about. We came here to play 60 minutes of football.
I know this is completely off topic of your post but its another great moment in CFB. The title of your post shares the title of my favorite Tom Petty Song. He was either born in Gainesville or grew up in or around the area, cant remember the exact history, so the University of Florida usually plays "Won't Back Down" going into the 4th Quarter. The week he passed away they were playing Texas A&M I believe and had just taken momentum in the game and CBS came back from commercial at the end of this playing. They decided to record it and played the whole thing on TV. It was awesome. I'm no Florida fan but that will always be one of my favorite sports moments of all time.

Isaiah 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.
