How something so simple can get screwed up. First they take away the screw off vent and replace it with a ventless spout. No big deal, just drill a hole and force thread a small lag bolt. Then came the stupid spring anti spill which is a pain holding forty pounds in one hand and pulling the spring doaded thing with the other. Now some have a moldid in strainer that goes a couple inches into the can, if you fill too quick, gas back splashes all over the place and takes twice the time to fill. Glad I still have several of the old ones.

Those big spouts they sell at TSC (and ACE) are a must have. They also come with a back vent, so all you have to do, is drill a tiny hole, and BOOM It'll dump a 5 gallon jug in 2 mins! 😁

I ordered several off amazon that had a new spout and vent. They work like a charm. I even ordered one spout that two connected, this allows me to fill my SXS much easier.

Yep...when I got mine, it was one of those "as seen on tv" buy one get one free deals. I use one for diesel and one for gasoline. Beats the hell out of wrestling with fuel cans and sloshing fuel all over the place.

well worth the $8 or so they charge trying to pour diesel or gas out of a 5 gallon can with all that spring loaded crap and no vent hole is nearly impossible.

I like them too.

I ordered some vents from Amazon (30 for $8.99). Gave a couple to my FIL. He put one in a 5 gallon bucket and uses a funnel.

If you want a store bought can the EZ pour and the JEP cans work well.
