Ant67 OP 10 point Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 3,856 West Alabama	Damn that shucks hurts and at a bad time of year. Never played tennis in my life. I got a steroid shot last year that cured me for about 6 months. Really dont want to do that regularly. Aldeer have any remedies I should try?

"Deer hunting used to be the pinacle of hunting-what you graduated to after learning to hunt small game. Trying to throw a kid into stand hunting, without having ever learned to HUNT is probably an effort in fultility." BSK

I have ben given anit-inflammatory cream by my Doc and it didn't seem to do anything. The best thing has always been to use the brace and rest it. Good luck that's aggravating as hell to deal with. It helped me. Some Pro Angler was one guy doing the videos. Dont remember who though. The fool tells me his reasons; the wise man persuades me with my own.
