For you guys that keep a trailer or mobile home at your hunting club year around. what are some ideas you have to keep mildew or mold out? I just bought one that has been there for a few years and cleaned a lot of mildew and mold out. So I am looking for ideas to keep moisture out and keep the trailer dry. thanks in advance for your help.

I'm no expert but I started dealing with this issue about 4 years ago and have done some digging ... I found what works for me.
- First thing I did (3 OLD campers in 4 years) was to clear out the camper then spray it down. I used a lawn sprayer with 1/4 concentration of Clorox to water. Believe me, it was difficult. I opened all the windows up first then I'd go in, spray as much as I could with one breath, then scoot out. Yes, my eyes were burning a little.
- The above killed all the mildew/mold. I let it sit for a while with the windows open.
- Two weeks later I did the same again and lit it sit for another week.
- Past this point I just leave a few windows cracked and keep a bucket of DampRid in it. I change that once a month or so

Damp rid and a dehumidifier. I use both and it works really well
