This is really moot to me though since the only gun I own is a 6 shot revolver.

This is really moot to me though since the only gun I own is a 6 shot revolver. He will go with whatever helps pad his pockets in an obscure way

Up through the last supreme court session, the 9th circuit has been reversed in cases heard by the SCUS 79% of the time. The 6th circuit leads the way with 87% overturned and our circuit the 11th is second with 85% Did not know they were overturned that often. thx for the info

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I think this ruling was only by a three judge panel. The decision would first be appealed to the full 9th district court before it goes to the SCOTUS. This ruling is not likely to survive the full panel. Doekiller will be along soon to tell y'all I'm wrong, and I probably am.
