But I thought it was absolutely hilarious when they said "the most common side affect is diarrhea"! 😳

The HIV "epidemic" was the big scare back in the early to mid 1980's. Everyone was gonna get it and die if we didn't stop bumping uglies and donate to finding a cure.
Later on, it was admitted that they knew all along who it was going to impact and it wasn't the average Joe. So they needed to work up a fear frenzy and it worked for a while.
Flash forward to 2020.. something seems familiar, but I can't quite put my finger in it... Pun intended.
Character is not developed in moments of temptation and trial. That is when it is intended to be used.

I saw the first of these in San Fran last July while there. I was hoping the commercials would stay there. Noticed them showing up here lately. Kids can't even watch tv now for all the disgusting commercials.

It bothers me that there are enough people out there with AIDS that need convincing to ask their Drs for whatever the best medication is. I didn’t think HIV was that widespread outside of gays/drug users. You wouldn’t think there would be enough money in it to fund a nationwide ad campaign.
There's enough freaks in San Francisco, alone, to fund a nationwide campaign. Throw Atlanta and New Orleans in the mix, and you got a billion dollar market.
