Check your voltage. I had one with poor pressure and hard to prime. Rewired my power cord and issue went away.

That's actually a valid problem. I found a bad fuse in mine not long ago. It wasn't melted, but the resistance had reached a point that my pump would not prime.
Put in a new fuse and it worked perfectly.

If the wand is working it has to be in the boom line. Check the cut off valve on the boom side and make sure it’s opening all the way

Update, I went back and made sure there wasn’t a filter coming out of the tank and there wasn’t. Then I started breaking every connection checking for trash and finally found an acorn top stuck in and elbow. I put some water in it and hooked it up and she’s rocking and rolling. Thanks for the input!

This!! Either it will get returned broken, or you have to send out the Aldeer marshals to find your stuff and get it back for you.

Example #1: I loaned my sprayer to a friend and it was returned broken. The threads on the exterior of the tank were broken almost completely off. The ones that the pump hose with shutoff valve connects.

Example #2: loaned a tree stand to a guy I felt inclined to help. Almost never got it back. Luckily some Aldeer guys got it back to me and made some new friends along the way.

Serious note, I’m glad you got your sprayer fixed.

Yeah, that's gotta be a common problem, right? 😂
