good news is that wife is over the covid, temp is at normal, feeling a LOT better
bad news is that I am coming down with it, temp at 99 and climbing. Started on Hydroxy, z pack, and zinc today.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Just make sure to get help if it starts to develop into chest problems. The doctors made my mom feel like she didn't need to see them and just said take decongestants. She even went to the ER and they sent her home. Within 2 days we had to call the ambulance for her. 12 days later she was finally out of ICU....My point is don't let the doctors say you'll just be fine with rest. Make them be proactive.

ER doctor here that has treated and intubated many covid patients. Start taking 5,000IU of vitamin D daily and 2gm vitamin C three times daily in addition to what you mentioned. Stay hydrated and outside when possible. Additionally eat clean for the next few weeks.
Wish it was hunting season.....year round
