I’m Black Irish give me reparations and all the beer and whiskey I can drink. The first boatload of slaves who came into this country were irish children. So I guess the irish are entitled to some reparations too. Funny how you never hear the irish crying about slavery.

The Irish were treated as second hand citizens when they came here no doubt about it and were definitely slaves in their own country to the British, hard to blame them for coming over here when their country is starving and the British Lords are shipping all the Irish grain to England..Reparations for the Black Irish!

Yep, my ancestors had large acreages of good land in what is now North Ireland , the British took their land , gave it to the Lords and ran my folks into the poorest region of Southern Ireland. There was two options, leave the area or starve.

So were the Italians. In Bibb County they had a place called Daygo Hollow. Italians couldn’t be buried in “white” cemeteries.
