I've always gotten good service and value from everything I've ordered from them until the last 2 weeks. I ordered a p365 they had on sale 2 weeks ago and they charged my card for it the next day. Bt the end of last week I'd recieved no updates so I logged on their site and it showed my order was still processing. No big deal but I figured I'd give them a call. I called and got an automated message that orders from January were just now shipping. I knew that wasn't right so I pushed 1 to speak to a customer service rep but it said that wasn't a valid extension. Then I used their contact now button on their site and sent them a message. In the last week I've called several more times with the same results and sent 4 more messages through their site , alll with no response. A little research shows this has been an issue with PSA for the last 2 months and it's only getting worse. I guess their business is suffering the effects of the bs covid-19 overreaction. Just a heads up for others that order from them as I know a bunch of us have, in the past.

Gun and gun parts sellers are overwhelmed right now. All the "I'll get a gun when I need one" folks have made a mess of weapons availability and normal customer service.

I want to know who keeps buying all the ammo?

I mean, between the sandy hook, 2016 election, Vegas shooting, covid, and every other panic buy, how are these people not fully stocked in their homes yet?!

Go to ar15.com under the industry forum and open up palmettos subforum. You should see where's my order# ,etc . They're pretty good about answering update questions there. Or they used to

August 2008 was prime time to conduct this business

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

The entire outdoors industry has been affected via the supply chain from overseas and the increased demand here for firearms, parts and ammo. Firearm sales (or, checks) have hit records the last seven months and will continue to do so. Fishing products have been impacted due to overseas manufacturing and shipping. Apparel and camping-hiking imports and sales have been impacted.

Sucks, but it shouldn't be a big surprise. It will continue like this for a while, too. We're not "going back to normal" for quite a while.

They have always been known to be VERY SLOW shipping with poor customer service almost non existent customer service but as of lately they have got it together pretty good darn good but I'm sure they are very stretched like everyone else right now.i ordered some mags a few weeks ago and received them pretty quick from palmetto they are much better than used to be.i ordered bullet's from sgammo and same day ordered bullet's from aim surplus, I got aim surplus order in less than a week it took sg ammo 2 weeks.it blows my mind how long it can take to pull boxes off a shelf but I guess they're just that backed up and not willing to hire help fir when things slow back down

Sounds similar to my experience with Tackle Direct. They currently do not have a customer service department. They won't let you even call them.

We are getting hammered in fishing products produced in Ft. Smith, AR. The demand has been unreal. We have started a second shift at our warehouse for the first time to try to keep up.

What I don't like is there "daily deals" right now they have a black complete lower receiver marked daily deals. It's the exact same price as the fed and odg lower receiver that's not listed as " daily deals". During holidays like " 4th of July daily deal" they'll raise the price and put free shipping, if they don't just slap "daily deal" and call it good. Kind of dishonest.

I have bought guns and ammo from them. Some ammo took a few weeks but I have no complaints. I am very happy with them.
