I'm wanting to get a couple of game cameras.
Looking for something in the $50-75ish range per camera. Not needing national geographic quality images but not wanting potato quality pictures.
Does anyone have any experience with models off Amazon?
Thanks for the input

All game cameras are disposable. Just buy the cheapest ones from eBay. They'll do fine.

i have been using tasco for 6 years. i will lose 1 per year on average after they get 3 years old. Currently running 12 or so total. for less than $30 with the extended warranty, cant beat it.

I have tried two different Amazon specials. One simply wouldn't trigger unless a critter was within 10'. The other triggered better but had distorted (stretched) daytime images and crappy night images.
My low end Moultrie beat both of them.
They get great reviews but my only guess is it's from people who don't know what a good camera can do.

Just get the Tasco from Wal Mart and extended warranty for a couple bucks Doesn’t have to be tasco, but just buy the cheap one with the warranty.

The moultrie A5 and A8 have been all but bulletproof for us. Probably have 10-15 of em. We also have some higher end cameras. I'm starting to think like outback though, buy the cheap ones.

We really have turned into a disposable country. TV's for example cheaper to get a new one than get it fixed . If anyone even fixes them anymore. Yeah, that's true...but we're asking an electronic device to hang out in the woods, in the rain, cold, heat, etc. for months out of the year, for several years and still work and only cost $30, $50, etc.

I’ve had good results with the cheap Wildgame Innovations cameras bought on Amazon. I think it was just $25-$30 each. Super simple to setup and easy to install, pictures just as good as a Moultrie I paid $80 for.
EDIT: Must’ve been a sale at the time because they’re about $50 now. But as mentioned above the Tasco cameras I’ve heard are a bargain too.
