Ravin OP spike R Joined: Jun 2020 Posts: 1 Pell City	A five member hunting lease in S Illinois has a opening for one hunter.Cost is $1620 per membership and a one time cost of $200-$250 for seed/fertilizer per member.Two work weekends/ normally one in August followed by one in September.Property is a private 430 acre farm which is nestled in the Shawnee National Forest.Because of this unique location we have several hundred acres of bonus hunting in addition to the 430 acres.Probably 20 stands in place with a mix of archery and gun locations including ladders,lock ons and four elevated box blinds. This is the 5th year leasing the farm.Great landowner who does not hunt and allows the use of his farm equipment to plant food plots.We have a nice camper on the property to stay in and a large garage to store equipment in the dry.Lease includes deer/turkey hunting rights.I have pics of bucks taken on property along with trail cam pics of bucks using property.
