I will go to jail if such happens to me...not cuz I'm scared of a virus but on principle alone...i can look the other way for most thing as trivial as this but not this This and the day I’ve had I’m tempted to go sit as gas pump and wait. Would that be considered baiting? Should be okay as long as you buy your baiting tag.

Unfortunatly the punks doing this probably aren't going to walk up to someone who they remotely think will whip their ass. They will prey on old and weaker individuals. Instead of see something say something see something leave it bleeding on the ground.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

I'm calling BS for a couple of reasons. First, the OP said it was on Facebook. Then, most states have laws that specifically address what these young people are allegedly doing. Now Corona was not in mind of course when these laws were passed, but AIDS was. If people were actually doing this, LE at the highest level would be involved in investigating it.
If it did happen I think a Self Defense plea would find favor with a judge or jury, if it ever even got that far. I doubt you would find a prosecutor interested in wasting their time on a pretty sure loser of a case.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

I saw a video a while back of some punks in a store with a little key fob looking device that made a fart noise. One of them kept walking by an old lady in a wheel chair mashing the button making it appear he was farting in her face. The lady’s husband was old school and started swinging at him. Management called the cops. The young guys were shocked the old man couldn’t take a joke but didn’t press charges. I couldn’t believe pressing charges on HIM was even an option.

I do my very best to not allow anyone approach me at gas stations as it is. Or anywhere.

Quote from the article: “I think the incident to a certain extent maybe as a result of the frustrations and anxiety people are feeling right now because of COVID-19,” Cambria County District Attorney Greg Neugebauer said. No chit? You think he would have pulled a gun on this man 2 months ago? Come on, man.

Figured if getting quick and easy way to stop them would be to just pull the nozzle out and hose them down. Who knows might even be cure for the virus.
I don’t know about it curing the virus, but I have firsthand experience on it curing stupid.
