Welp, I’m spending this season on a short tour in S.Korea. First time in a long time I won’t made it back home in April. So I’m hunting vicariously through yall. I read the LFTTW threads before work everyday. Congrats to those that have already been successful. It seems like last year the birds were acting a little weird pretty much everywhere. Is that still the same problem so far this season? I hunted a mix of private and public in 4 states last year and the birds weren’t as vocal as usual. There were alot of silent mornings. For those that hunt public, is the pressure higher this season or about normal?

BTW, there ain’t any turkeys in AK either, which is where I’m headed after here, but I’ll be flying home every April.

But there's lots of other cool stuff!

It's been pretty quiet here compared to other years so far. I went today for the first time since Monday and didn't hear a whole lot of gobbling. Maybe 2 or 3 from 2 different birds then nothing.

Well, I meant to hunt in Alaska, but I do also love me some Korean food.
