I doubt that a Judge anywhere in the State would enforce a ticket where the fisherman caught a crappie then put it on a hook for bait for a larger fish. If the District Judge didn’t dismiss the case I’m certain the jury in Circuit Court would acquit you. Circuit maybe, but District Court is a slam dunk on conviction.
I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....
