I got some calls and messages so I wanted to let yall know im doing much better. I was in a dark place that I have never been before but now I can see some light. I am getting help through the VA and spending quality time with my family! The biggest hurdle was admitting that I was having some issues mainly depression, anger, and anxiety. I was constantly in different state of one of the three and didnt know why. After talking with counselors at the VA they determined its was coming from my PTSD diagnosis.
I ll be the first to admit that I never bought into the PTSD thing. I have never thought less of others over the issue but always considered myself mentally tougher or to be an Alpha male so theres no way I would ever have issues from it. Now, I will tell I was 100% wrong, it is very real and can take you some places you never thought possible. I do have some not so good days but for the most part I'm on the upside.

A word of advice... Don't trust the VA and don't answer any of their personal questions. I had them refer me to a civilian doc since I have tricare prime. The little I dealt with them wasn’t bad. They did get me pointed in the right direction.
