There use to be a place in Goshen, AL (Near Piedmont) that made the absolute best snack sticks, they were about the size of a large cigar, cheese and jalapeno (mouth watering just typing this). They are long gone now. Anyone recommend a processor between Sylacauga and Wetumpka that makes them ? Snap a pic and post of one.

Don't have a picture but Reeds in clanton can do some fantastic snack sticks. Sorry, it isn't between Wetumpka and Sylacauga, though.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

Jeff Harkin specialty deer meats in Lincoln, does them. He has summer sausage, bratwurst, snack sticks, and breakfast sausage that is really good. European mounts for $40. Not where you want it, but not far from Oxford. I live in Oxford so wouldnt be a problem to tote the ol girl home. He pretty reasonable ? Got a contact number ?

Jeff Harkin 205-753-1483. Tell Him Bruce sent you. Jerry's in Oxford does snack sticks as well, or used to. Look him up on facebook. Hardin taxidermy and specialty meat processing. He's a great guy.

I've had good snack sticks from Carl's in Loxley. Teriyaki and jalapeno &cheese I think.
Just made the trip last weekend to pick up smoked link from Vann's in Brandon, MS. Their Pineapple/Pepperjack is the best. Also like their jalapeno and cheese too. Got some jalapeno bacon burger too. My wife hates deer sausage but will fight you over that we get from Vann's.
Supposedly they will process wild hog too.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

Anyone reading this in South AL I highly recommend Stump Creek Sausage in Alford, FL. Just picked up 193.2 lbs Tuesday...they do awesome work at reasonable prices. The snack sticks are just incredible. https://stumpcreeksausage.com/menu/CURIOUS....How much was the tab for 193 lbs of snack sticks and how many kids you got to eat that many? LOL on the kid part....

Rough numbers, 63 lbs of snack sticks, 30 lbs sausage, 25 lbs hot dogs, 54 lbs burger, 19 lbs cubed. $548.75
