Got a question on sights. I’m kinda afraid of trying different things but I only have ever used the factory sights which is this flimsy metal sight that has like 3 slots which I always left in the middle and there’s the neon tube looking one on the end. It’s never really let me down but does shoot a little left and little high as is. Not much to miss but not dead on. That one up top I really have to watch all the time especially if I walk through the woods and it catches on something it will just flip out of place and I just flip it back in the center. I’ve thought about trying like one of those truglo small scopes that has the red or green light or do I go with what I think some of y’all use I think call a fast fire or something that’s just a lens with red dot. Are they fairly easy to sight and do they fog up easily which if so believe I would pass. Gotta have a picitanny however u spell it rail put on to work so what’s y’all’s suggestion? Stay with what I have or get something better. Sorry for drawn out but I’ve never used either.

I had a gobbler stopper I believe it was called. It have no complaints but it was my first red dot on a shotgun. Just remember to turn it on

I have the same gun and it is not tapped for optics. Wish it was. Next Reddit I get will be the OTW off Amazon. Great reviews from 704 tactical. Planning on buying a new shotgun before season and will be putting on of these on it right away.

Ive got the truglo you are talking about. It was easy to sight in. Has never fogged, cant say it wont, but it hasnt. It was around $50. There are alot more expensive options if thats what you want. Ive shot at one turkey with it. It did what it was supposed to. What choke are you using? Mine is 835 not 935.

I’ve used the rhino and one on it right now is Indian creek. Think they are the 665. Both shoot fine. I may just go with that truglo

I bought a bore sight and bore sighted the truglo because I wasnt looking forward to shooting the gun. It was dead on. I have a gobblin thunder choke on my 835. It shoots 3inch shells better than 3 1/2 thank God. My 835 ultimag is for sale if you see anybody wanting that setup. I just cant handle the kick. I think im gona go with a 20ga this year.
