The family got me one for Christmas and I'm looking forward to cooking with it. Any of y'all have one and what are some good combinations to cook in it ? Thanks!

my GF last year got a Crockpot version & we cooked the snot out of boiled peanuts!! YMMV but -- for my taste buds -- i never found meals that are supposed to be slow cooked (ie pot roast) came out better than doing the slow cook method; don't get me wrong, it was good, but IMO a chuck roast is just supposed to take a long time to cook ... for Christmas, i made a 4 lb chuck roast in my Lodge enameled dutch oven (in my oven set on 200 degrees) & we were fighting over it once it was done, 8 hours later ... my sister does a lot of meals where she takes something completely frozen, and pressure cooks it ...

Pork shoulder, orange juice, limes, salt, pepper, garlic, cinnamon stick, bay leaf. Pressure cook for 35 minutes until meat is shreddable. Crisp under the broiler and serve on tortillas.

2 heads of cabbage chopped
Conecuh sausage cut into bite sized pieces. Get what you feel is sufficient to feed your diners.
Stick of butter ( optional )
Tony’s to taste
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup of bacon grease.
I set my cook time to 35-40 min w/ pressure valve closed.

We got one about 3 wks ago as a Christmas gift. Made white bean chicken chili with frozen chicken breasts from frozen to full meal in 30m Pork tenderloin with orzo and roasted carrots. Orzo in the bottom, pressure cooked the tenderloin, then turned on broiler to broil the carrots and tenderloin. Potatoes, cabbage, and corned beef in the slow cooker 8h (no different than a crockpot.) Potatoes, panic breaded zucchini, pork chops. Pressure cooked the potatoes and pork chops, then did air fryer to crisp zucchini and pork chops. Mashed the potatoes.
It doesn't do much I can't do with the oven and a few good pots, but it is nice to have one dish to clean. The wife likes gadgets, so she loves it. I've heard wings from frozen turn out great, that's on my list
