All that weight really should be directly over the trailer axles.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

The good ole days. Used to be a truck that parked just south of Auburn in Beaureguard that had a Tonka like that strapped on it.

That's great.

Yep - I doubt most of the younger generation know what those are. There was a time that having holes on your jeans wasn’t cool. In hindsight, I probably had a wardrobe worth thousands of dollars when I was young, but we thought we were poor.

There were good reasons we needed knee patches too!
1. We played hard outside all the time! Outside was our non-virtual actual reality!
2. We didn't have more than a few pairs of jeans or a huge wardrobe.
3. Mom bought jeans a size too big so we could "grow into them"
4. By the time we did grow into them we had worn the knees slap out! But the rest of the jeans were fine and the school year wasn't close to being done.
5. If you were lucky you might have some cool embroidered sewn on patches rather than typical iron on. Those were high fashion !
