Nice. I killed my first deer in 97 or 98. We’re prob about same age. I was with my pawpaw some of my best memories too

Thanks for sharing.....some of my best memories of growing up was dog hunting. One thing I remember was all of us were excited if someone killed a good buck and our standards weren't off the charts. I remember one opening weekend when I was about 15 our club killed a nice eight point and people stopped by the skinning rack just to see it. It probably didn't score 120 but we thought it was a giant. That’s how it was at our club. I can remember everyone meeting around the skinning table because normally everyone went home with meat. It was an exiting trip for us every weekend
