What mags are y'all using for 6.5 grendal on an AR? Also, recommendations on scope a good scope mount would be appreciated.

Thanks

I use ASC mags. 10 and 15 rd
I use LaRue lt-104 mounts on anything the scope gets removed from on occasion. But my 22” Grendel has a Vortex Viper PST 4-16ffp in a Warne Xskel mount.

I use ASC 10 round mags, probably have over a thousand rounds through them. No malfunctions. More info on what type of shooting you're going to be doing would be helpful before recommending a scope and mount.

Some hunting but mainly punching paper at the range. No plans to remove the scope once its mounted

I'd look for something variable, up to about 10x, something like the Vortex PST 2-10. If you're going to try to stretch out some longer distances, you may consider a 20 MOA cant for your mount. ADM makes a pretty solid mount. Should be a pretty solid, all around combination.

All I use are ASC mags in my grendel. They have all taken a beating over the last couple of years killing pigs and still work without any feeding issues.
