Cow milk, never. Almond milk, once or twice a week in smoothies or overnight oats. Cow milk is produced to fatten up calves. It isn’t natural for humans, especially adults, to drink it. Right. And dairy in general is bad for us. You ever get sick with e coli and diahrea, you will learn exactly how dairy is bad for us. Our body is not designed for dairy. My wife kept warning me when i had e-coli and didnt believe her. Well her professors were right. I was eating cheese. Big mistake. Kept me sick a lot longer. Its kinda like eating rotten bacteria really. Nasty

Drink a couple gallons or more a week. Mostly with coffee. Milk is about the only protein that helps prevent Gout. So for me its copious amounts of milk and water.. Pretty much same for me, i use it and Honey in my Coffee every day

Half gallon of 2% typically lasts over a week at my house. Some times I end up pouring it out because it expires before it gets used up. My youngest is pretty much the only one who drinks it, and that is usually just a small cup at breakfast. By the way, I can't read or hear the word "milk" without thinking about this video [video:youtube] https://youtu.be/e_vFCmv9KZ4[/video]

None, my daughter drinks between 1/2 and a cup every evening depending on what her blood sugar is.

Had a provider tell me once that humans are the only mammals that are never weened. Just one of those things that stuck with me. Sounds legit until you think about it a little. If other mammals could figure out how to milk a cow wonder if they would pass it up? I bet when a coyote makes a wet doe kill he doesn't pass up any milk it can get.
