Saban’s probably got this but the view from here is the offense better put in its Auburn game plan next week and work it to perfection against Western Carolina next week.
1. The o-line needs to dig down and find a different gear and block somebody.
2. Mac Jones needs to be a game manager type QB, take what they give him. Lots of slants, crossing routes, screens, toss and catch, let the receivers turn on the jets.
3. If the line will block, Najee can show out. Run/pass balance is critical going forward.
4. Defense got to dig deeper too. You can’t rely on offense winning a shoot out type game.
5. Taulia has to be ready to go but not sure I’d play him until I absolutely had to.

I think its almost like we have expected tua to bring us a championship ring on a velvet pillow. He was a great qb but there were too many deficiencies throughout the team for that to ever happen. Now going forward we know the whole team is going to have to step up and play ball if they are going to win. Offensive line blocking and defensive play especially in the secondary is what we need that weve been missing. Theres still a chance for bama. Its a completely new situation but I dont think its a terrible situation. They have to play ball.
