Close but really believe best outcome for Alabama would be for Auburn to beat UGA, 'Bama whip Auburn, and then have UGA defeat LSU.

And even leaving Alabama out of the BCS finial four it would be great to still have Penn State beat Ohio State like a drum. The two games that I enjoyed the most yesterday were seeing Penn State fall and the Gamecocks get beat last night.

Need Auburn and LSU to beat Georgia. Bama would obviously have to beat Auburn. That’s the only way Bama is getting in. Bama has a good team, but they aren’t great. Not good enough to win it all. Need one of those defenses that makes the opponent struggle to get across the 50.

Very few of those defenses around now-a-days.

Bammer will still get in unless they lose another. Their fanbase brings too much money and travels too well for them to be left out. I do think they'll get their arse whipped in the CFP though

There is not a single team in the country whose fan base would not travel to playoff or championship games, but the media and the committee slobber over Nick to much to leave him out. There is still a chance the Barners can fix that.

not gonna be enough this year; we need chaos to happen in the SEC between LSU, Georgia & Auburn (head-to-head & SEC champ game), need chaos to happen with Ohio State, Penn State, and Minnesota, & chaos to happen somehow with Oregon ... Clemson's going to win out & get in b/c of their cupcake schedule, and it's hard to imagine anyone from the Big 12 getting in - although Oklahoma needs to beat Baylor & put a loss on their schedule ...

if you're gonna lose, it's best to lose to the #1 team -- but I think Alabama needs help
