Sidney Powell, the new lady lawyer on Flynn's case is digging up some very damning evidence against some upper FBI agents. Lisa Page changed the 302 (FBI interview) of Flynn. Some of those changes resulted in the criminal charges against Flynn.

302s are agent summaries of interviews. I often find that the 302 is not consistent with the recording of the interview or a transcript of the interview. The worst offenders I have seen is the ATF.

I’ve always said the Federal Justice system is an unconstitutional conviction machine unless you’re one of the very few that could afford to fight it. I worked a couple of joint task force type deals in the 90’s that convinced me the criminals weren’t any worse than the folks chasing them. I refused to continue with some just on being able to look myself in the mirror while shaving. I could give some bone chilling examples but I’ll refrain.

The young girl filling in on Fox and Friends this morning use to be a federal attorney. She said when the weight of the federal government is after you they are relentless in their pursuit of a conviction and they will use every federal agency available to bring you down. They do this with unlimited financial resources and the power of a political agenda.

Thisshit pisses me off! Trump said the other day that this goes all the the way to the messiah of the left himself Barrack Hussein Obama. Every damn one of them need to go to jail. Hell some know what's coming and are starting to covering their ass. Clapper said on CNN the other day that he was following orders from the president. I honestly am concerned over the safety of our president with this investigation uncovering the abuse of power of the federal government law enforcement agencies and the attempted coup to over throw an election.

This is just the tip of the deep state / swamp iceberg . Barr, Horowitz and Durham gonna bring plenty more in the sunshine. Contrary to what some on here believe , I believe there will be some go to jail.

And a 302, or any kind of "summary" of a person's statement, should never be used as the basis of a criminal prosecution.

Only the actual recorded statement should be used and allowed.

"Powell also raised concerns about text messages between Strzok and former FBI lawyer Lisa Page days following the publication of the salacious anti-Trump dossier, which was funded by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee through law firm Perkins Coie.

As the coverage of the dossier spread in the media, the filing said, "Strzok wrote to Page: ‘Sitting with Bill watching CNN. A TON more out…We’re discussing whether, now that this is out, we can use it as a pretext to go interview some people.’”

“In the next two weeks, there were ‘many meetings’ between Strzok and [former Deputy FBI Director Andrew] McCabe to discuss ‘whether to interview National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and if so, what interview strategies to use,’” the document continued.

Powell alleged that on Jan. 23, 2017 – the day before the FBI interviewed Flynn at the White House – “the upper echelon of the FBI met to orchestrate” strategies that would have Flynn talk “in such a way as to keep from alerting him from understanding that he was being interviewed in a criminal investigation of which he was the target."
