Is it possible that your phone has their # blocked? Call them. Miscommunication is pretty often the only problem. If you're not satisfied, let them know you won't be buying your next vehicle there. No need to miscommunicate that.

Nah they got me on that Wednesday. They know where to find me even if it was.

Reminds me of a funny story....

Some years ago the local Ford Junkyard...errr...."dealership" had my old hunting truck for an ancient but still active recall for about a full month. Some guy finally calls me on a Saturday and tells me it is done. I go and pick it up that day. The following Thursday, they call me and say it is ready for pick-up.

I'll let you figure that one out.

Tell them you are ready for an even trade for a new one.

If I wasn't a Ford Homer and this truck still have three years and 60K worth of warranty I would be in a Chevy or GMC.

Unless they are replacing the frame, in other words , building the truck from scratch that is totally unacceptable !

Folks recalls are part of the new normal. One would think dealership would know exactly how many trucks it had sold in this and previous years that recall affected. I see tags from Vermont,Colorado, Massachusetts,New Hampshire in service bays,I take calls from upstate Ny PA New Jersey Maryland "Hey do youse guys have part # xxxx?" Sure do please FedEx or UPS it we've had a car here 7 days. In the global economy all dealerships are just cogs in the supply chain wheel. Shouldn't happen but it does.

Skinny is my EX.Alcohol was involved.

I was honestly too busy with work to even think about calling them. Amd my brother stopped by in a 2020 Chevy 2500HD 6.6gas LT Z71 he picked up from the Chevy place. I ain’t sold on the front end just yet but it’s a really nice truck. The same or slightly more room in the back than the new fords, which was a drawback for the Chevys before.

Demand a loaner vehicle if you need it or not. That’s your leverage to getting yours back.

Head a hum/growl from the left front. Put a hub actuator on it, still making noise. Put a hub on it. Still making noise. Next up is an axle shaft.

My MIL had a Mercury that had a hum in the rear when it got past 40 Mph. She had it in there 6 or 7 times and they never were able to find the problem. She later gave it to my son and he drove it with the noise. To this day, 14 years later, it still makes the noise as we passed it on to another family member. No problems, just a hum that takes awhile to get used to.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

From what I've heard recently, there's a few UAW cowards who walked out on strike, because their silver and gold isn't enough to satisfy their extravagant lifestyle, and this has caused a delay in the the shipment of parts.

The striking UnemployedAutoWorkers are with GM, not Ford.
