We took some cubed venison seasoned it, dipped it in an egg wash, and then dredged it in crushed pork skins and parmesian cheese. Cooked it at 350 for about 12 minutes, and it is fine.

Looks good fuzz. I have a pack thawing in the fridge. I may try the air fryer . The porkskin batter is different lol.
