Anybody shoot the Grim Reaper Whitetail Specials? If you do or you have what do you think about them?

Not specifically the whitetail specials
But the grim reaper fatal steels work real good
Tough and do what there hired to do or have so far and I'm not a fan of expandable broadhead but these seem to work

I’m with you on not liking expandable heads. Grim Reapers are the only ones that I like the way they work so I got some of the Whitetail Specials, but I’m thinking about going with a smaller head like the Fatal Steel.

I swapped to Grim Reapers 3 years ago from
Rages due to did not like using the collars
and they have done well for me .
They fly well and cut well. No disappointment
here.

I do not use the Whitetail Specials but I do use the 1 3/8 inch Grim Reapers. The Whitetail Specials just have a wider cutting diameter. In fact I think they are about 2 inches wide so I'd be sure my set up was generating enough power to blow that through a deer. That said the design of the Grim Reapers have worked perfectly for me. I have watched every deer I have shot with them fall within sight of my tree. The only time I did not get a complete pass through was when I hit the the shoulder joint on the offside of a buck in Illinois that was about 230 pounds. But that was after it had gone through the near side shoulder and passed through his chest cavity. It was buried in the solid bone of the far shoulder all the way to the back of the broadhead. He didn't go far.

I love the regular grim reapers

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!
