I'd go with condo rental maintenance...broke peeps don't own condo rentals....

I'd go with condo rental maintenance...broke peeps don't own condo rentals.... Broke people don’t pay for mobile car detailing either

I'd go with condo rental maintenance...broke peeps don't own condo rentals.... Broke people don’t pay for mobile car detailing either Financially stable would be a better phrase.

Do you have any experience in either one? This. If you only knew how many "detail" guys I've been through that "thought" they could clean a boat. There's a gold mind for someone willing to work.

Actually yes. I have experience in Industrial and Residential Maintenance along with Carwash maintenance and industry.
