I've looked at your pictures about 25 times. Not because you're attractive, but because they're amazing. LOL I hope about next May I can post some real similar. I'm not going to base my success off your tremendous success but I know that success is possible. I've never been as thin as you are in your "now" picture. I played noseguard in HS. I've always been thick. That doesn't mean I CAN'T be thin, it just means I can't picture myself that way.
I've seen several folks who had gastric bypass, lap band, or some other medical procedure lose tremendous amounts of weight, but every single one of them looked like they'd lost a tremendous amount of weight. You look like you were never overweight. I know why, but for those who don't, as RH suggested, read about autophagy.

do you intermitten fast everyday and for how long? i was doing 12-14 hours a day for a while...its tough O go 16 hours every day and sometimes 20 or more. It's only hard when you are use to burning sugar and carbs. After 3 months off sugar and carbs you won;t have the sugar swings which cause the hunger and cravings.

Well, the proof is certainly in the pictures. Congratulations!! That is a very inspiring transformation.

It's only hard when you are use to burning sugar and carbs. After 3 months off sugar and carbs you won;t have the sugar swings which cause the hunger and cravings. That hasn't been completely accurate me. From 0-60 days I could do intermittent fasting with little or no issues. Since then it's been a struggle. I get hungry, really, truly hungry in the evenings. At least half the time I end up eating an early supper. The doctor that I'm seeing told me that was from insulin resistance. I'm supposed to have some blood work done to see how insulin resistant I am. I have noticed in the past 2 weeks that it's easier for me to intermittent fast if I eat lunch and dinner instead of breakfast and lunch. Another issue that I have that doesn't help with intermittent fasting... It's hard for me to eat enough every day. If I could eat 1800 calories every day I'd be fine. I'll eat 1300-1500 for 2-3 days then have a day that I'm ravenous the next day. That has started in the past 2 months. It seems to be getting better, but very slowly.

The keto doctor wants me to do a 3 day fast. I might die. LOL

I felt the same as you the first couple months. I've been fasting 16 or more every day for 5-6 months. It's just the last 2 months that I have seen a huge increase in energy and I am not even hungry until I start eating at 18-20 hours. I think quitting all artificial sweetners helped stop cravings .

That’s great! Give me a recap on how you did it if you don’t mind. Last August The Lord told me to stop all sugar, all grain and all potatoes. After I lost about 60 lbs I wanted to learn how to reduce loose skin so I started studying and found Autophagy. All the info is on youtube. Very impressive! So basically cut out all sugar, grain and potatoes! What can you eat then? Meat, fish , chicken, veggies, salad? What else? Let us know what you ate and avoided. Thanks.

I drink 30 cal almond milk. I drank milk in the beginning but found out it acts much like sugar and gave it up. It made me bloated and sluggish but I didn't know it so much until I quit and then tried it again. Same way with tomatoes. I ate one the other day after a couple months without one and my hands and one knee hurt for 3 days. After 3 days the pain went away and I have vowed before the Lord to never eat tomatoes again. I eat lots of produce and a limited amounts of meats, eggs and cheese, and yogurt. I vary it though. Sometimes I feel a need for protein and sometimes I know I need to let all that meat get digested and I might not eat meat for 3 days. that's about how long it takes to completely get rid of it. I try to vary my diet quite a bit among the good foods that you will find on a clean keto diet but I eat some beans and I don't try to eat as much fat as most keto experts would advise. I try to eat some fresh greens every day.
