Even if she pulled into her driveway, all she has to do is leave. I highly doubt a bear, no matter the size will just sit there and let itself be run into or over. Even if it jumped up on her car as soon as she came to a stop, if she puts it in gear, it would likely jump off pretty quickly. I guess there is a possibility the reverse gear does not work on the car, though.
