Thank You all!!!
The Prayers are deeply appreciated!

I am finally out of ICU and in a room. The danged WiFi was not worth a flip in there. Everything was filtered or blocked....and hardly any cell service. But, I am able to get online well here.

Anyway, hopefully only one more night and I will be headed to the house!
Everything is looking good, though. I am gonna have to make some radical changes to my diet and start making sure to pace myself a little better. But, it is what it is and I am mighty Thankful that the Good Lord saw fit to just give me a scare and not take me away from here!!

I will tell you what is odd about this.....
I had turned them back aloose thinking it was just bad heartburn and was gonna try to get a hog for ol Mtn_Hunter, who had finally dug his tail out of bed and came to meet me. I had begged, pleaded, fused, made excuses and everything else of why they would not go hunting. But, by God, they would hardly get out of my sight.
So, they were no trouble to load up when I decided that I needed to head to the ER.
It is crazy how dogs can sense when something is wrong!

Glad to hear you are doing better. I can imagine that is a scary thing to have happen let alone out in the middle of the woods.

Hog, I’m glad the Lord was watching over you. thumbup When you get time, tell us how things went down when you realized it was more than heartburn. I’m sure several of us (definitely me included) could probably learn something from what you went through - to help us recognize the warning signs. Thx.
