I'm due for some tires on my Tacoma. 2017 4x4 Off Road. Mostly highway use but when I get off road (and it does happen) I want to not get stuck. Looking for something that won't break the bank and will last. Suggestions? also looking for suggestions on where to buy/ install.

Putting some new rubber on my Tacoma this Summer too. Make take a look at these. Been a BFG fan for years but have been looking at others. Including Nitto's.
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

BF Goodrich Mud Tires. If you keep them rotated and balanced. I will even change tire pressures, I will run them at 35 psi for 4,000 miles then 50psi for the next 4,000 and then back to 35. These tires should last a long time. That is all I have run on my Z71.

I like the BFGs but have never gotten good mileage from them. I will look into the suggestions here. Thanks!

I'm sure plenty of jokes will follow, but the Falkens are good tires. Quiet, smooth on the road, and actually do pretty good in mud. Yes, I got stuck, but it was my fault for trying to ease through ruts and ended up with the diff's hung up and the tires just weren't getting any traction. My set was $893 out the door, when Toyo's or Nitto's of the same size were going to be in the $1400 range. I now have right at 20k on them and they're still doing great. I see no reason I should be able to get 40-45k on them before I replace them, maybe more.

I have gotten 50k out of my factory Goodyear adventure kevlar. And they actually aren't done yet. I have been impressed with them. Might stick with them. They could be a little better in the mud though. They were good when new and I hit some tough stuff but it didn't take long to lose that.

I switched from Michelin LTX A/T to Toyo Open Country on my Tundra. I've put about 15,000 miles on them and am pleased so far with the ride and wear.
