That is a Sputterbug I believe....I have a couple of them that were my dads. He caught some fine fish on them as best I remember.

Its a little metal looking thing with an arrowhead like deal on it to hold a skirt on it...I got a few of those myself...very cool find.. cool Sputterbuzz I believe its called....matter of fact that's a rubber tube on it now from an old skirt... thumbup
