Buy something like this or make your own something similar out of PVC.

wrap some plastic/metal/pipe around it.

Are they metal? The new directional/relacement motors are quick connect and have an adapter that bolts into the existing holes. Makes it very easy. I have not looked at the gravity adapters though.

You answered your own question. Gravity Duh.

i just did this. I took off the spinner and used a toilet flange to mount to feeder. I used a section of 2" pvc and then added a 3" black corrugated flex pipe to the end that has the gutter fitting. this will slow the flow at the ground and let them move it to get more.

It is what it is.

Inspect what you Expect.

So technically you want a gravity reduction feeder? wink

I will say this from some experimentation and research I've done in the past. You can't keep those 30 gallon feeders full when they are using them.

That’s my biggest worry. I may just leave these broadcasts. I have two trough feeders that will hold a total of 425 lbs. when they really start hitting them they can clean one out in 10 days and we have low density numbers.
