I’m taking the family to Branson in a couple of weeks and need some ideas on where to go and things to do. We have some things planned like the theme park at silver dollar city, water park, table rock lake and some other touristy things but I know Aldeer has some ideas I haven’t thought of or don’t know about.

Based on my time there you pretty much named it. If you’ve ever been to Pigeon Forge it is the same thing minus the National Park. I never went back and don’t plan on it. That is the good news. The bad news is the traffic.

Eat supper at 4, go to the evening show at 5, enjoy the smell of bengay in the morning....
Top of the Rock is kinda interesting.
Sig Sauer, to hell and back reliable.
Whatever suits you just tickles me plum to death.

Check out Sight and Sound theater. It has a live playing of Samson. It was great and my girls (2&7) were kept entertained. They switch it up towards the end of the year but I think it is still showing Samson

Do not miss the museum at big cedar. We were there two months ago. They have more stone axes in one case than I’ve seen in my whole life. The golf cart tour of the table rocks was fun for the kids.

Younger crowd goes down to the river front, nice down there. Drive up to Bass Pro headquarters , the Missouri Monarch ( world record non-typical) will be the first deer you see and it ain't a replica .
