Went yesterday and put in at the state launch where they come together north of Sumiton. Any of ya'll fish that area much? I need some pointers. They weren't generating at Smith so it was dead calm up the Sipsey and it felt dead. My wife drowned some worms and I played the blind guide. I want to go back one evening this week and try to catch some fish

One day the right woman will come along and the next thing you know you'll be wearing her underwear!

Take your time and go up the Mulberry fork. Go up about 3 miles or so and fish back down to the Sipsey. Worms, crickets, jigs or small crankbaits is usually what I have the most luck with.
