Well season is over, but what a ride it was. I have already told the stories, but here are a bunch of pics from the season. Yekrut and I started in South Florida, and it didn’t take us long to punch our tags.






From there Yek and I headed to Texas. The weather was terrible (40* and a 40 mph North wind) and the turkey population was down, but I was able to punch 3 tags opening day.





Once I got home from Texas, I was able to punch two tags in Alabama. The first was a stud triple beard and the second wasn’t a slouch either.







Yek and I really wanted to make a merriam run for a single season slam, but time, kids and schedules weren’t on our side this year. We are making plans for next year though.

This was also my best spur year. 5 of the 6 birds were 3+ year olds with the biggest being 1 3/8”.
