You made sure to send them to the original Docs right?

There is some place on the intracoastal that is awesome but can't remember the name. Some place down from Orange Beach was really good too. Had a picture of a fish on the sign.

A big white van with an Alabama department of corrections sticker has brought Doc's it's workers for over twenty years and thats why you don't see many locals in there. I live a mile away and haven't been there since I started hearing about what the work release imates do, that is one distuging place.

Lol. They're from the sea. I got those from Dick Russell's tonight, and that's probably the biggest damn Oysters I've ever eaten 🤗

A guy I use to know said when he was in the military he was in the Maryland area. First night in town they went out to eat a good seafood meal. He told the waitress to bring a dozen oysters, she said "you sure"? He said hell yeah, bring me two dozen while you're at it. The waitress brought two platters piled high with the biggest dang oysters he had ever seen, bigger than a saucer. He said you couldn't eat them, too much guts.

I just got home from the Orange Beach Billfish Classic kick off dinner. Johnny Dorland puts on one heck of a feast.

For those of y’all that don’t know who Johnny Dorland is. Sorry the link is from al.com but it’s a good article.

Johnny is a good man. There are a couple of guys of his crew that I’ve worked for or with. I’d love to be back on the deck again with anyone of them again and I wish them luck this tournament season.
